Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trippy Days (https://www.trippy-days.com), which is operated by DoggoDays LLC("we" or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

About the service

Trippy Days is a trip-planning workspace that lets you organize itineraries, notes, costs, places, attachments, and optional calendar exports. The service may change over time as features are added, updated, or removed.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Trippy Days.
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the accounts you use to sign in and for activity that happens under your Trippy Days account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Your content and trip collaboration

You retain ownership of the trip content you create. You grant Trippy Days the rights needed to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service, including sharing it with collaborators you invite.

You are responsible for the content you add to trips and for inviting only people who should have access. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
Reverse engineer or scrape the service except where permitted by law
Use automated means to abuse authentication, invites, or APIs

Paid subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, sold by DoggoDays LLC. The price, billing period, and taxes are shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, whichever you chose), and we charge your payment method for the next period, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your Account page (Manage subscription), or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we will review it; any refund is at our discretion. If we refund a payment, access to the paid features it covered ends when the refund is issued.
Price and tax changes. We may change subscription prices. We will notify you before a new price applies, and it takes effect at your next renewal after the notice, so you can cancel before then. Taxes are charged at the rate that applies when you are billed and may change when tax rates change.
Payment processing. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe for each renewal. Stripe emails your receipts and invoices, and you can update your payment method, switch billing periods, and view past invoices from Manage subscription.
App store purchases. If you buy a subscription through an app store, such as Apple's App Store, it is billed by that store under its terms, and you manage, cancel, and request refunds for it there.
Deleting your account. Requesting account deletion stops a web subscription from renewing, so you are not charged again, and signs you out. If you sign back in before the deletion is final, which cancels it, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Once your account is permanently deleted, your subscription ends, and unused time is not refunded except where required by law.

Third-party services

Trippy Days integrates with third-party services such as Google sign-in, Google Maps and Places, Google Calendar, Stripe for payments, an AI provider for AI features, and authorized OAuth clients. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

OAuth and connected clients

If you authorize a third-party client to access your Trippy Daysaccount, you are responsible for reviewing the requested permissions and for that client's use of your data. You can revoke access at any time through the consent or account controls provided in the app.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep Trippy Daysavailable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trippy Days is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trippy Days and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Trippy Days at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. If we terminate your account because you violated these Terms, we cancel any web subscription, and payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trippy Days after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
