Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trippy Days (https://www.trippy-days.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

About the service

Trippy Days is a trip-planning workspace that lets you organize itineraries, notes, costs, places, attachments, and optional calendar exports. The service may change over time as features are added, updated, or removed.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Trippy Days.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for activity that happens under your Trippy Daysaccount.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Your content and trip collaboration

You retain ownership of the trip content you create. You grant Trippy Days the rights needed to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service, including sharing it with collaborators you invite.

You are responsible for the content you add to trips and for inviting only people who should have access. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
Reverse engineer or scrape the service except where permitted by law
Use automated means to abuse authentication, invites, or APIs

Third-party services

Trippy Days integrates with third-party services such as Google sign-in, Google Maps and Places, Google Calendar, and authorized OAuth clients. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

OAuth and connected clients

If you authorize a third-party client to access your Trippy Daysaccount, you are responsible for reviewing the requested permissions and for that client's use of your data. You can revoke access at any time through the consent or account controls provided in the app.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep Trippy Daysavailable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trippy Days is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trippy Days and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Trippy Days at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trippy Days after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
